The city is about an hour drive from the international airport in Nuremberg, and less than three hours away from many other airports including Frankfurt, Munich, Stuttgart and Dresden. At the Coburg-Brandensteinsebene commercial airfield, pilots can land their own aircraft up to a maximum weight of 5.7 tonnes.

Would you like to park in the city centre? No problem! There are several multi-storey car parks and parking spaces in Coburg. The old town is just a five to ten-minute walk from Parkhaus Mauer, the underground car park on Albertsplatz, Parkhaus Zinkenwehr, Parkhaus Post, or the large bus park at Anger.
